2007
Michigan State Fair Cheese and Butter Competition Winners
Cheese and butter manufacturers from around the state brought their
select goods to the 2007 Michigan State Fair
Dairy Food Products competition, which took place on the opening day of
State Fair, August 22nd. Cheese makers could enter their products into six different
categories and the butter makers had a class all of their own.
UDIM is
proud to report that the “foreign type semi-hard/hard” class boasted the
winning grand champion cheese submitted by Michigan State
